The newly opened flagship headquarters for our operations. This serves customers in the Pierce and King Counties. Moreover, its proximity to the state’s port allows for direct transport of product to our overseas customers. Operations are to begin in 2020.<\/p>\t\t\n\t
Sutter Metals is a locally owned and operated business which provides specialized recycling services throughout Washington state and its neighboring regions. Our operations collect and process both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.<\/p>\n\t\t
The Sutter Metals company opened its doors in 2009 as Lacey Auto Recycling and was solely a vendor of used auto parts. Since then,the Sutter Metals family has grown from the ground up through local support and thus has evolved its services to respond to the local demand for salvaging various used metal material.Chad Sutter is the owner and operator of the Sutter Metals company. His roots are grounded in Olympia soil as he was born and raised within the historical city. His passion for local service survives the commercial legacy of his father Ed Doench who was the long-time owner of Nisqually Auto Wrecking which sold used auto parts. Through his personal commitment to community service, Chad envisions a company that will continue to grow with the local community and provide a tailored service of satisfaction which supports a sustainable and profitable approach to recycling<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t
A locally-bred prodigy of the Olympia community, Chad is the CEO of Sutter Metals. His business endeavors reach far above the heights of his recycling business. He is an active member of local and national business advisory groups and maintains enduring relationships with state and national-level industry leaders.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
Janice serves the company in various capacities beginning at its first planning days and to its expansive growth . Her resume is equally versed but her business talents are finely tuned. She primarily serves in capacities which employ her writing skills, strategic-planning and company development. Janice serves as a contributor to the Strategic Planning team, as an officer to Governmental Affairs and as the company’s Environmental Liaison.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
Chris joined the team in its pioneering days as a used-parts depot. His years of experience in auto part inventory and yard management has afforded the company an unrivaled understanding of vehicles and machinery and equipment operations. Chris serves as the company Operations Manager.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
A longtime laborer of the recycling business. His years of work has afforded the company a site manager who is knowledgable and skilled at every level of the recycling process. Above all, he is local face that tirelessly builds the sense of community of which the company aspires.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
